  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in snap peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour sweet chili sauce over the shrimp and snap peas.
  6. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot.
