  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken and teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove from grill and serve hot.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
