  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, soy sauce, and honey. Cook until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in green onions and cilantro.
