  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt dark chocolate and let it cool.
  3. Whisk egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add melted dark chocolate and vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
  7. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  9. Pour mixture into a prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let it cool completely before adding milk and white chocolate mousse layers.
