A creamy and luxurious cauliflower purée infused with truffle oil for an elegant side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and transfer to a blender.
  3. Add heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Drizzle truffle oil and blend again briefly.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve warm.
