A creamy and luxurious panna cotta infused with truffle flavor, topped with a savory parmesan dust for a perfect balance of richness and umami.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp truffle oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in truffle oil and bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  4. Pour mixture into ramekins and chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, dust with grated parmesan.
