  • 1 head of lettuce (like iceberg or romaine)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot.
  4. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
