  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 cup steamed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
  6. Warm marinara sauce in a saucepan.
  7. Divide cooked rice or pasta, meatballs, and steamed vegetables into meal prep containers.
  8. Drizzle with marinara sauce before serving.
