Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, cottage cheese, mozzarella, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
