- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups sliced fruit (apples, peaches, or pears)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and cook until bubbly.
