Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add carrots and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add shredded cabbage, cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.
  7. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
