- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add carrots and bell pepper, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add shredded cabbage, cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables.
