Delicious vegan dumplings filled with vegetables and spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling onto each circle.
  7. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  8. Steam the dumplings for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

  • Make sure the dumplings are sealed well to prevent leaking.
  • Serve with soy sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
