- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add almond milk and vanilla extract, then mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
