Delicious vegan cookies perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted coconut oil and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add almond milk and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool before serving.
