Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on each circle.
  6. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  7. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
