- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 1 cup salami, diced
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop all vegetables and meats into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and peppers in a large bowl.
- Add salami, ham, and provolone cheese.
