2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
Fold in almond flour and sliced almonds.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
For extra crunch, sprinkle more sliced almonds on top before baking.
