  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally.
  5. In a small pot, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Heat the remaining sauce and add the slurry to thicken.
  6. Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice the pork and drizzle with thickened sauce.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
