A rich and decadent chocolate lava cake with a molten center that oozes when you cut into it.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g sugar
  • 30g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale.
  4. Fold in the melted chocolate and flour.
  5. Pour into greased ramekins and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly, then invert onto a plate.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the center molten.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
