- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low. Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted.
