  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin garlic & fine herbs cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until fully melted.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
