  • 2 cups polenta
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp white truffle oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Slowly whisk in polenta and reduce heat to low.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Layer polenta, lasagna sheets, and ricotta in a baking dish.
  7. Repeat layers, ending with polenta.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
  10. Drizzle with truffle oil and garnish with thyme before serving.
