A simple and delicious keto-friendly spinach and ham frittata packed with protein and low in carbs.

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced ham and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour eggs into the skillet, stirring gently to distribute ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
