- 200g lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 250g pasta (linguine or fettuccine recommended)
- 30g caviar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add lobster meat and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir well and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
- Plate the pasta and top with caviar.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
