A luxurious lobster pasta dish topped with caviar for an elegant meal.

Ingredients

  • 200g lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 250g pasta (linguine or fettuccine recommended)
  • 30g caviar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add lobster meat and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice. Stir well and simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until well coated.
  7. Plate the pasta and top with caviar.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
