  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until cabbage softens.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
  7. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
