  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
