- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups water
- 1 packet sugar-free gelatin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add the sugar-free gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
- Add the mixed berries and stir gently.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, unmold and serve chilled.
