A refreshing mixed berry gelatin dessert made without sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 packet sugar-free gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add the sugar-free gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  4. Add the mixed berries and stir gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, unmold and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen berries.
  • Adjust sweetness with a sugar substitute if desired.
  • This dessert is low in calories and guilt-free.
