Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the steak to your preferred doneness.
  3. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Blend parsley, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a food processor.
  5. Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth.
