- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and stir.
- Add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cheese sauce with steamed cauliflower and stir well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
